Check the room before paying
View in person where possible, confirm the advertiser has authority to offer it, check the agreement and understand all costs. Do not send money under pressure. Never send deposits through cryptocurrency, gift cards or a money-transfer service suggested by an unknown advertiser.
Keep personal details private
Avoid sharing identity documents, financial details, your exact address or access codes in your public profile. We never ask you to send a password by message. Payments for optional SpeedFlatmates services take place through hosted checkout when enabled.
Meet with a plan
Tell a trusted person where you are going and who you are meeting. Arrange your own transport and leave if you feel uncomfortable. Do not rely on a platform score as a safety assessment.
Report and block
Use Report for suspicious listings, harassment or illegal content. Block prevents further messaging, matching and new call proposals with that member. For a complaint or appeal, contact info@speedflatmates.com. If there is immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
